Realization of PA3GYF-GPSDOCXO-V1 and pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01

This section provides references to all photos taken and archived during the design of PA3GYF-GPSDOCXO-V1 and the realization of pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01. Note that these photo sets are not part of the GitHub repository. Also, they do not intend to provide a [detailed or not] blog of the design and realization of pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01.

Since the links below require [local] access to my network, they’re not available to most if not to all of you. I’ve uploaded a selection of photos to the web site, and I show them below. I cannot upload the entire photo set to the web site, because its size it too large. But if you want the entire photo set, just contact me.

[20161209] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Top View. As turns out later, there are problems with the Power Supply Unit. (C) PA3GYF.
[20161209] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Bottom View. Note that I later replaced the Arduino Uno with an Arduino Nano. (C) PA3GYF.
[20161217] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Top View. (C) PA3GYF.
[20161217] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Top View after (partially) thermally isolating the OCXO. (C) PA3GYF.
[20161217] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – A glance at the output signal on the hp70k-01. (C) PA3GYF.
[20170106] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Bottom View. Note that I replaced the Arduino Uno with an Arduino Nano and also installed a fan. (C) PA3GYF.
[20170106] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Communicating with the unit over RS-232C works. Note: But there are problems with the Time Decoding, as becomes clear later. Look at the Time field… (C) PA3GYF.
[20170106] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Top and Front Views while fully in lock. At this point, I must have finished an initial release of the firmware. (C) PA3GYF.
[20170106] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – The TTL output does not seem to be symmetric as measured on the HAMEG HM-303. (C) PA3GYF.
[20170107] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Top View. (C) PA3GYF.
[20191003] – pa3gyf-gpsdocxo-v1-01 – Front View. Note that this photo is more that two years later after the previous one. Despite its recognized design flaws, the unit works well so far. (C) PA3GYF.
